Rate terms and conditions
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. The customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify how the booking may be cancelled and/or modified.
3. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance will not be refunded. In this case, this is stated in the rate terms and conditions.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow it:
- the booking can be cancelled directly on the Website or the mobile Services via the “View or cancel your booking” section;
- the booking can be modified directly with the establishment, whose telephone number is given in the booking confirmation sent by email.
5. If the customer cuts their stay short, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid bookings, no refund will be granted in this case.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room by 12.00 noon on the last day of the booking. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.
7. All bookings are personal and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee or for commercial purposes.
